By accessing or using MyRift (“the Service”) at myrift.myrlin.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MyRift is a companion application for the Riftbound trading card game. The Service provides card scanning and identification, digital collection management, deck building tools, market price tracking, and competitive meta analysis. MyRift is an independent third-party tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the creators of Riftbound.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service beyond normal use
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Upload malicious content or content that infringes on others' rights
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity

5. Intellectual Property

The MyRift application, including its design, code, and original content, is our property. Riftbound card images, names, game mechanics, and related intellectual property belong to their respective owners. The Service displays this content under fair use for the purpose of collection management and game companion functionality.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of your collection data, deck configurations, and other content you create within the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process this data as necessary to provide the Service to you.

7. Card Scanning

The card scanning feature uses AI-powered image recognition and provides results on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy in card identification. Scanned images are processed in real-time and are not permanently stored on our servers.

8. Pricing Information

Market prices displayed in the Service are sourced from public market data and are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of pricing information. Prices should not be relied upon as the sole basis for buying or selling decisions.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain the Service's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your account data after a reasonable retention period following termination.
